Rosemont High School’s Media program provides students with the opportunity to gain digital media skills in a hands-on, project-based production studio environment. Media students will embark on a 3-year CTE Pathway, with classes beginning their sophomore year. Students will gain knowledge of a variety of techniques and industry practices while working with studio lighting, video production, image editing, graphic design and motion graphics. Students will take advantage of our on-campus production studio and grow their skills using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects. In their final year, students will select areas of concentration within media production and digital design with the intent of producing a portfolio of work showcasing their refined skills, thinking and creative expression.
