Link Crew at Rosemont High School is a student-led mentorship program designed to help incoming freshmen transition smoothly into high school. Upperclassmen, known as “Link Leaders,” are paired with small groups of freshmen to provide guidance, support, and encouragement throughout their first year. The program includes team-building activities, regular check-ins, and events like Link Crew orientation, all aimed at helping new students feel welcomed, connected, and confident as they navigate their first year of high school life.
