Sports Physicals June 25, 2024
RHS Athletes,
All current and future RHS athletes need updated physicals for the 2024/2025 school year. The deadline for athletes participating in the fall is July 17 2024. Athletes without a physical will stop training July 18th until proper paperwork has been approved by the Athletic Director.
Tuesday June 25th from 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM, students can get their physical for $25 cash in the RHS training room. Athletic Physical forms must be signed by a parent or guardian prior to June 25th. Students should arrive according to the schedule below with signed form and $25 cash. This service is open to all current and future RHS athletes. There will be long lines so expect to wait.
Schedule
8:30 – Football
9:30 – Volleyball
10:00 AM – All current and future wolverine athletes.

Athletic Physical Form - Student Athletes must have signed physical form by Parents/Guardian prior the physical for June 25, 2024.
This is an optional event. Student Athletes may also receive a physical from their primary doctor using the same form available above.
