We are excited to announce the return of the Rosemont High School speech and debate team. Meetings will be every Tuesday, starting October 19th, from 5:30-6:30pm. Benefits of participating in speech and debate include the potential for college scholarships, improved academics, development of critical thinking and public speaking skills, the opportunity travel, and lots of fun! Rosemont speech and debate is sponsored by the Sacramento Urban Debate League. We’ve been fortunate to have a successful speech and debate program at Rosemont High School – several former speech and debate students have gone on to debate in college!
