Just another reminder that the ceremony is at the Memorial Auditorium – not on the Rosemont High School campus – on Tuesday, June 14th from 7 – 9 p.m. Graduates must be at the Memorial Auditorium by 5:30 p.m. Doors open at 6, and the ceremony begins promptly at 7. Each graduate receives 10 tickets, which will be distributed on Monday, June 13th at Senior Check-out Day. Anyone entering the Graduation Ceremony must have a ticket.
In order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony, seniors must have passed all classes required for Graduation and must have met all SCUSD Graduation requirements. Seniors may not have more than 12 periods of unexcused absence in the 4th quarter and no more than 6 unexcused tardies in the 4th quarter. They may not have any principal suspensions in the 4th quarter and no un-served teacher or administration detentions. They may not have any outstanding fees including uniforms, textbooks or other school property.
Graduates must also attend two mandatory practices for Graduation – one at Rosemont on Monday, June 13th from 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. and one on Tuesday, June 14th, from 8 – 10 a.m. at Memorial Auditorium. Students must attend both practices in order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.
Senior/parent and guardians – final meeting for Senior Trip is Tuesday, May 17th at 6:30pm in the cafeteria. We need both parents/guardians and students present. At this meeting we will discuss final itinerary, departure time, packing, emergency card information, and most importantly students will choose roommates. All final paperwork will be at this last meeting only. Any question contact Crystal & Clear Travel.
