A Special Message for Seniors

Here is some important end-of-the-year information:

Senior finals at Monday, June 4th and Tuesday, June 5th.

Each eligible graduating senior receives eight (8) tickets for the Graduation Ceremony. There are two ways to acquire additional tickets:

Seniors may get tickets from other students who are not using all of their tickets

Beginning tomorrow, Monday, May 21st, seniors may purchase up to four (4) additional tickets from $10 each in the Controller’s office until Monday, June 4th. There are no refunds!

All outstanding fees (books, uniforms, etc.) are due June 1st to Ms. Moua in the Controller’s Office.

The last dance is Friday, June 1st from 8 – 10 pm in the quad.

There are two mandatory practices for Graduation: Students must attend both.

Friday, June 8th from 3 – 4:30 pm in the small gym at Rosemont

Monday, June 11th from 11 am – 12:30 pm at Memorial Auditorium

The last day of school for seniors is Thursday, June 7th. June 7th is also the last rally, and Senior Sunset (for eligible seniors) from 5 – 8 pm at the Rosemont pool.

Senior checkout is Friday, June 8th in the library from 1 – 3:00 pm. After senior checkout, students will receive their cap and gown. They must have their receipt. If they wish to purchase a cap and gown at this time, they must bring cash.

Seniors may not decorate their caps in any way.

A reminder that signs, balloons, and noisemakers are not allowed in the Auditorium because they may disturb other guests. Graduates are not allowed to hold flowers, stuffed animals, or other gifts during the ceremony.

Graduates must report to the Memorial Auditorium by 1:45 pm.

Graduation begins promptly at 3:00. Doors will be locked to the public at 2:55 – no exceptions. After the processional is over, doors will re-open.

Graduates do not receive their diplomas at the ceremony. They will receive a diploma cover as they walk across the stage. Diploma pick-up is Tuesday, June 12th from 9 – 11 am in the Auditorium foyer.
