A Special Message for Juniors – SAT Testing Today!
March 6, 2019

Tomorrow is an important day for your student. All juniors take the SAT test, which colleges and employers use to identify skill level and college and career readiness. The SAT tests students’ ability in two areas: Reading/Writing and Math.

The scores appear on the student’s transcript.

It is critical that students do their very best on this assessment. Please make sure that your child gets a complete night’s rest and eats a nutritional breakfast at home or at school. The test begins first thing in the morning, and usually takes about 4.5 hours.

Thank you, in advance, for supporting your child’s success on the SAT and also on the upcoming CAASPP assessment in April. We will provide more information about CAASPP as we get closer to the testing window.
