April 16, 2017

Tomorrow, April 17th is the first day of the 4th quarter. Please remind students about the importance of attending school every day and maintaining a focus on behavior and academic achievement during these last few months of school.

Safe and Sober Grad Night tickets are now on sale for $50. Also for seniors, please visit the senior information section of our website for end-of-the-year reminders, including criteria for participation in the Graduation Ceremony.

CAASPP testing for juniors begins this week in English classes. All students will follow a block schedule several days this week to allow for extended testing periods. On Monday, students will attend 1st, 3rd and 5th period classes. On Tuesday, students will attend 2nd, 4th, and 6th period classes. Wednesday through Friday follow the normal schedule for those days. Release times remain the same.

Essence of Rosemont, the event of the year, is this Friday, April 21st from 5 – 8 p.m. At 8:00 pm, we will show a family movie in the quad! This community tradition includes student performances, demonstrations, informational booths, food, entertainment, and more. This is a wonderful opportunity for the entire community to see what Rosemont High School has to offer. We hope to see all of our families on Friday!

Congratulations to the March Students-of-the-Month!
