Community Service

LEAD  provides students with an opportunity to connect with and give back to the community by creating service opportunities and providing multiple locations where students can volunteer throughout their four years in the program.           As freshmen, students go back to their old elementary schools, such as O.W Erlewine, Golden Empire, and Sequoia, to help out in the school gardens and with overall campus beautification.  As students move into their sophomore years, they have the opportunity to organize/facilitate a Holiday Donation Drive for Leataata Floyd Elementary School. Additionally, students are required to complete self-directed community service throughout their sophomore, junior, and senior years  Overall, the goal of the program is to provide students with a great experience in high school by allowing them to be a part of Rosemont and its surrounding communities
