Do you know anyone, in school, who should be recognized? Well, if you do, royalty nominations for homecoming are now open, you can pick up a nomination form at the student store or room E110!! Nomination forms are due by October 29th, so make sure that you turn in your nominations.
Rock the School Bells 2017
The ASSETs program will be participating in the Rock the School Bells conference at Sacramento City College on Saturday, October 21st. We are looking for 20 students to join us in this free field trip. Transportation and lunch is provided. If you are interested and want to learn more, see Mr. Alvarez in A126 after school.
Attention all students! Are you in need of easy volunteering hours? Want to help the community? If so, come check out and JOIN Environmental Club! New members are always welcome. Meetings are every Monday at lunch in Mr. Gilbert’s room, B220. See you there!
The Rosemont Dance Team will be holding auditions for students interested in joining this year. They will be held this Friday, September 29th from 3:30 – 5:30 pm in the studio. Previous dance experience in not required and everyone is welcome. Remember to wear comfortable clothing and bring a friend! See Coach Erick after school for more information.
Hey Wolverines , anyone who joined the Autism Awareness club or still wants to join, meetings will be held every other Friday at lunch in B102. The first meeting will be held this Friday . Don’t forget to be there ! Again this Friday September 29th in B102 for Autism Awareness Club.

Attention all Infires: K-Pop Club Members!! The meeting will take place today in B205. Make sure to have your pass ready! All new members are welcome to join! And the next meeting will be held next Thursday on the 28th.
Juniors who want to take the PSAT on October 11, see Mrs. Kamilos to sign up. I have a limited number of tests and fee waivers so sign up soon. This is your chance to get a feel for what the SAT is like before you take it in the spring.
Calling all Mathletes! We have a meeting in room E106 Tuesday, September 26. Be there, or “be squared!”
The library will be open for students in the morning at 7:30 and during lunch beginning Monday, September 18th. Remember to carry your ID cards with you when on campus.
If you are taking the SAT on October 7th, and are interested in getting some tips on how to tackle the English portion, Ms. Siegert is running an after school SAT prep session on Wednesday, October 4th from 3:00-5:00pm. Sign-ups start today at lunch in room E206, and there are seats available for the first 36 students to sign up. THere will be another session on November 1st for students who are taking the November 4th SAT.
If you are interested in purchasing a senior hoodie or sweater get yours by Thursday next week. The order will be put in soon so order so you can get yours first. Senior hoodies with ASB are $27 and without is $32. Senior shirts are with ASB are $12 and $15 without.
