We learned on Friday that a student at our school was approached and threatened by several suspicious individuals. Although this reported incident occurred off campus and after school hours, I want to alert you of them so that you will make sure your student is cautious when walking to and from school or in the surrounding neighborhood. Law enforcement has been contacted about these incidents and is conducting a full investigation. We strongly encourage students to walk in groups and to report to law enforcement immediately any suspicious activities they see.
