Students – are you interested in architecture or engineering? Come hear about CREATE on Friday, April 13 at lunch. This year’s team will be presenting their design challenge idea and talk about the CREATE program and the opportunities that it provides. We will also talk about elections for next year. Hey Wolverines, Did you know that More than 3.5 million Americans live with an autism spectrum disorder and that the cost of lifelong care can be reduced by two thirds with early diagnosis and intervention? To help support Autism Awareness Month at Rosemont come out and participate in an activity this Thursday at Lunch with some of Rosemont’s Special Education students. By participating you are spreading autism awareness in Rosemont’s community, and sending a message out to Rosemont’s Special Education students that you are here to support them! Thank you and hope to see you on Thursday wearing blue and participating!
Attention all Juniors! Put on your dresses, suits and ties. You’re invited to this year’s Junior Prom. The theme for prom this year is “A Night Under the Stars.” Prom will be held on Saturday, April 21st, here on campus. Ticket will be sold in the student store and online, prices start $20 with ASB Card and $25 without an ASB Card. Better snag this opportunity and purchase tickets now before prices go up. Guess passes are available too! Students may pick up a guest pass at the student store. We hope to see you there on the dance floor at prom!
Cafeteria Student Worker Program
Students, if you picked up an application for the cafeteria student worker program last week, please meet Irene Carruthers in the cafeteria at the beginning of lunch this Wednesday, April 11th, to complete the application process. Please don’t be late. See Ms. Carruthers if you have any questions.
Are you interested in a summer job? Are you between the ages of 15-18? Boys and Girls Clubs and PG & E are hosting a Summer Youth Employment Program. Applications are due by April 20th and you can find them online, or in the counseling office.
